Hi Barbara. Thank you for a well-writter article. I'm not into ORSC yet but am inclined to commit to it soon. My own coaching has evolved from multiple sources but ORSC seems to be an organized "complete package". Just one question about the Edge Model. Does ORSC train it to be used transparent with the team or it is completely a coach's internal tool?
